Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time I'm unable to offer international shipping outside of North America due to the cost. I hope to be able to provide it in the future.

Do you take commissions?

I'm always open to them! Send an email request to shoproamingpines@gmail.com and we can talk it out further. I may not always accept due to various circumstances, but I'm always open to chatting about the opportunity!

What is your refund policy?

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, send me an email within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I can see what I can do. Otherwise, I do not offer refunds and all sales are final.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately since I am a small business, and I hand ship every item myself, once an order has been fulfilled and sent out I cannot offer cancellations. If you mistakenly purchased from my shop and manage to reach out to me prior to processing, I might be able to cancel the order, but this is not a guaranteed.

When will I get my order?

Please allow 3-5 days for processing. After these 3-5 days, your order will be sent out via USPS and should arrive within 1-2 weeks, depending on the capacity and demands of the post office. I do my best to get orders out as soon as I can, and shipping time is greatly impacted by how busy the USPS is at the moment. Please allow an additional week for time sensitive purchases, especially during busy delivery seasons.
